Chef Conor Hanlon has created a special World Cup dish, priced a la carte at $32 of an internationally inspired Mini Mixed Chicken, Pork and Beef Churrasco served over Chimichurri sauce, with black bean soffritto and steamed rice.

The Setai will be pouring Taittinger (Official Sponsor for FIFA) with Complimentary Canapes during the Opening Ceremony on July 12th beginning at 4 pm in the Courtyard and Bar. With games broadcast daily according to schedule.

Quattro's Northern Italian dining destination will celebrate the World Cup with big-screen televised matches, a special 2-course menu and an array of cocktail specials.

Available during all games, the World Cup 2-course menu is priced at $22.  Guests can choose from a selection of antipasti, including Arancini Alla Siciliana – crispy rice ball with Bolognese sauce and mozzarella; Insalata di Filetto e Asparagi –  steak salad with mixed greens, grilled asparagus and parmesan flakes; and Caprese di Bufala with heirloom tomatoes.  Main course options include traditional LasagnaSpaghetti Alla Carbonara orPollo Al Limone – a seared half chicken with lemon sauce and potatoes.

FIFA libation specials will include a World Cup Bucket – 5 beers from around the globe for only $25$7 glasses of Prosecoo JeioPinot Grigio Gran Ducato and Chianti Le Torri; and World Cup Caipirinhas, also $7.

Chef/Owner Sean Brasel ( hmmm sounds like Brazil! ) has created an International Happy Hour menu featuring both food and cocktails representing each of the 32 nations competing. American Waygu Bacon and Cheese Sliders, Agentinean Short Rib Empanadas and The Netherlands Gouda Cheese Tater Tots. All can be washed down with a pitcher of Leblon Caipirinha, Half Price beers  and $7- glasses of wine or Specilty cocktails.

This looks to be the craziest and most fun of the World Cup viewing options, and HaVen lounge will transform in to a true haven for futbol fanatics. Staff will be decked out in team colors, there will be face painting, and a special Veev Acai Spirit of Brazil cocktail will be served in special edition World Cup Brazil Mason Jar.  Plus Chef Todd Erickson has created a special menu in honor of host country, Brazil featuring a Green & Yellow Roll of Hamachi, Cucumber, Pickled Daikon,Yuzu Tobiko and Jalapeno Masago, plus a World Cup Burger of prime beef, chimichurri, gruyere, onion rings and a fried quail egg.

Throughout the World Cup, the gastrobar will be televising all matches for Coral Gables patrons to get front row seating to watch their favorite teams compete!
