db Bistro Moderne brings back its popular dbQ for the second summer in a row. A popular series introduced last year, this years dbQ promises even more creative grilling from Executive Chef Jason Pringle. International flair is the theme for this year with smoky BBQ flavors from around the world.
dbQ kicks off Tuesday, July 8 and will be available in the lounge and terrace Monday - Friday from 5 – 8pm. throughout the summer until Friday August 29th.
On Fridays, guests will have the opportunity to mingle with Executive Chef Jason Pringle on the terrace as he mans the grill and shares his best grilling tips.
The dbQ menu features bbq items with a db twist including Grilled Oysters with spicy garlic butter; Shrimp Paella with black rice and a flavorful Baby Back Ribs spoon bread. The special ‘Barbeque Tour’ section will change bi-weekly to include a taste of regional BBQ dishes from around the world.
Southern Asia will kick off the BBQ Tour with Suon Nuong Vietnamese pork chop, lettuce wrap; Korean BBQ beef, daikon kimchi; Thai Sausage basil friend rice, with quail egg.
Happy hour prices will be available on all cocktails. Valet parking is $5 with validation.
