Wakefield Brewery for an exclusive one-night only seafood and beer pairing dinner on Tuesday, August 25 at 7PM, taking place at Wynwood’s craft beer market and tap room, Boxelder. Diners and enthusiastic imbibers will begin the evening with JWB’s signature brew made just for the occasion - Stush infused with Mignonette syrup - before enjoying a four-course menu of specialties including the Anana Kolsch paired with a variety of East Coast oysters; 24th St Brown with baked butter saltines topped with egg salad, caviar and crab-piquillo salad; Amber Waves with Mignonette’s signature lobster roll; and, for dessert, the restaurant’s award-winning Meyer Lemon Square with grenadine whipped cream.
