Chef Cindy Hutson of Zest takes weekends very seriously, and has created a special Caribbean influenced menu for the launch of Sizzling Saturdays and her always popular Sunday Brunch.
Zest’s, the downtown Miami restaurant by Ortanique Coral Gables chef/owner Cindy Hutson and partner Delius Shirley, new Sizzling Saturdays promotion, takes place every Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. The menu is offered for $29 per person and includes:

Pigeon Peas and Rice
Corn Flake Crusted Sweet Plantain
Caribbean Cole Slaw
In addition, Zest is featuring new winter lunch and dinner menus, with menu highlights of Hearth Roasted Octopus, Braised Brussels Caesar Salad, and Pumpkin Gnocchi.
Beginning this Sunday, Nov. 13 from 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. Zest Sunday Brunch returns with a 4-course Brunch menu for $45 per person complete with the smooth sound of Reggae music. Menu highlights include: Huevos Rancheros Skillet ($10), with chorizo potato hash, tortilla chips, sunny side up egg, tequila queso, pico de gallo & cilantro crema, Stuffed French Toast ($10) with homemade brioche filled with almond orange cream cheese and Eggs Benedict ($10) with poached egg, Caribbean conch hash, country ham, English muffin & mike’s hollandaise. Bottomless Bellini’s, Bloody Mary’s and Mojitos are available for an extra $25. A la carte and a children’s menu will also be available.
