Harry's Pizzeria Fat Ham Pop Up on Tuesday May 17th
James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz of Harry’s Pizzeria and The Genuine Hospitality Group of restaurants welcomes Top Chef Season 7 winner and MasterChef Judge Kevin Sbraga, chef-owner of Philadelphia’s Sbraga and The Fat Ham restaurants for the 33rd Pizza Popup Takeover on Tuesday May 17th at 7pm.
Chef Sbraga’s unique menu aims to introduce Miami to his take on Southern ingredients, cuisine, and culinary traditions.
Seating is first come, first served for this family-style meal at Michael’s neighborhood American pizzeria. Making new friends is encouraged and easy when attendees have a welcome cocktail in hand with four passed snacks, four courses, and four free-flowing wines for the evening selected by The Genuine Hospitality Group beverage manager Amanda Fraga to play well throughout the menu. Each guest will take home a bottle of Kevin’s hot sauce, too.

Chef Schwartz began his “Chef Pop-Up Series” when Harry’s original location first opened in the Design District in 2011, welcoming America’s most acclaimed chefs into the kitchen to take over the menu for a night and make the restaurant their own. Fat Ham Pizzeria will be pop up number 33.
