Friday September 9th- 7-9 pm - LDV Hospitality’s Regent Cocktail Club invites guests to this month’s cocktail class featuring Atlantico Rum. Starting at 7:00 p.m., guests will get to experience what it’s like to work behind the bar with Atlantico Rum and learn how to create signature cocktails using the handcrafted boutique Dominican rum. Light appetizers provided by Dolce Italian will compliment the tastings and you will leave with a greater acquaintance of cocktail recipes, methodology and history behind Atlantico Rum. Monday, September 12th- Rose Bar at Delano South Beach will introduce an exciting new special called Cocktail Hour. Available Monday through Friday from 4 – 7 p.m., this is the first program of its kind to be offered by the iconic bar. Ramos, joined Michael’s Genuine earlier this year as Sous Chef.
