Choices Cafe- The all-vegan, 95% organic menu at Choices includes wraps, quinoa bowls, pizza, salads and soups. The Mental Lentil wrap (lentil patty, black beans, quinoa, pico de gallo, plantain, sauteed onion, avocado, tahini sauce) is one of their popular, signature dishes. Full Bloom- MOVING January 8th to Crest Hotel 1670 James St.-While we will miss the gorgeous Biscayne Bay view from Full Blooms original location on Island way, the menu is still a vegan eaters dream, with jackfruit empanadas, a creamy turmeric kale salad, Thai red curry with Thai red rice, oven baked plantain lasagna and jackfruit ropa vieja.
