The very cool 1950’s Miami Modern Vagabond Restaurant & Bar and Executive Chef Alex Chang are thrilled to announce the second installment of Alex Chang's Backyard Cookout, a monthly BBQ that features a rotation of some of Miami's most notable chefs.
Next up on the roster is chef Brad Kilgore of Alter, who will join forces with Chang this Sunday, March 20th, to create an American BBQ with Korean twists.
Join two of Miami’s most innovative chefs on Sunday, March 20th from 2pm-6pm, and get a taste of what Chang and Kilgore have in store.
Both chefs have been featured as Zagat’s “30 Under 30” and also as StarChefs 2016 Rising Stars. With bites starting at $4, guests can savor a unique selection of traditional American BBQ with Korean twists, Korean short ribs, Porchetta sam, and vegetarian options such as Kimchi coleslaw and Spring onion omelette with New Zealand spinach, all available with a side of traditional Korean Banchan.
Come one, come all and enjoy a delicious food, specialty cocktails featuring Jim Beam & Basil Hayden, and live music in the laid back setting of Vagabond’s outdoor pool. Sounds will be provided by Miami-based DJ/producer Deroboter.
