Weekly Nibble: Pig Roast at The Dutch, Iron Fork, Beaker & Gray Casa Noble, Pubbelly Burgers, Salty Donut on Miami Beach and more

Summer is hot in Miami.  But still full of fun activities for food lovers. This week's, MIAbites Weekly Nibble, highlights special events for the upcoming week.  Please note that specific details, dates and prices are subject to change, so please call ahead to confirm event details.

Wednesday July 27th- The Dutch at W South Beach will wrap up its wildly-successful Summer BBQ Series with a very special Pig Roast Extravaganza celebration. Hosted by The Dutch’s Sous Chef Darren Donovan, the grand finale will feature guest chefs John Gallo & Rene Reyes of Pinch Kitchen and Steve Santana of Taquiza, along with The Dutch’s Chef de Cuisine Adonay Tafur. The festivities will take place on Wednesday, July 27 beginning at 7:00PM in W South Beach’s glamorous backyard, The Grove. Additional offerings will include delectable desserts by Pastry Chef Josh Gripper and refreshing bourbon libations, as well as several limited small batch brews perfect for the summer BBQ season. Tickets to the final feast are $40 per person, excluding tax and service charges. Space is limited, and advanced purchase is recommended. Walk-in guests are also welcome. Wednesday July 27th- LDV Hospitality’s Dolce Italian, located within The Gale South Beach, invites guests to celebrate National Scotch Day with a four-course dinner pairing. Guests will kick off the night with a welcome Glenlivet cocktail, hand-crafted by The Regent Cocktail Club Bartenders, followed by a four-course meal specially prepared by Executive Chef Paolo Dorigato, alongside the perfectly chosen scotch pairing by Glenlivet’s Brand Ambassador Robert Ferrara. Thursday July 28th Beaker & Gray hosts a Casa Noble Pairing Dinner  Thursday, July 28 from 6:30PM to 9:30PM, the evening will include an exclusive tequila tasting with Casa Noble’s Global Ambassador David Yan, paired with chef/owner Brian Nasajon’s newest seasonal creations.Tickets are priced at $55 per person and include a welcome punch, a paired two-course dinner and decadent dessert.  Beaker & Gray 2637 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33127

Thursday July 28th- From 7 pm to midnight, Pisco y Nazca will celebrate Peruvian Independence Day by transforming its space into a party with live entertainment by Peruvian-American singer Tony Succar, Peruvian street festival food and authentic drinks. Festive menu highlights include Anticucho de Pollo, Ceviche tasting spoons and Causa de Pollo as well as two signature cocktails Nazca Mule and Nena’s Chilcano. Thursday July 28th-  The 15 th annual Miami Spice Restaurant Program presented by the Greater Miami Convention Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) is continuing its partnership with Miami New Times’ Iron Fork, to host the Official Miami Spice Kickoff Event on Thursday, July 28, 2016.  Iron Fork, in its ninth year, takes place at an exciting new venue this year, American Airlines Arena located at 601 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami. Dining enthusiasts will enjoy bites from more than 50 participating restaurants and libations. Saturday July 30th-  The newly opened lifestyle hotel, EAST, Miami is proud to announce its partnership with Redbull for an exclusive LIVE stream of LOLLAPALOOZA  Saturday, July 30th from 5:30 PM to 1:00 AM at the EAST hotel, pool and deck. The LIVE stream will showcase LOLLAPALOOZA – an annual four-day festival that takes place in Chicago every year, featuring popular alternative rock bands, heavy metal, punk rock, hip hop and EDM artists.
