Join Sustainable Supperclub at Superblue for a kick off to Earth Month Celebrations!

Sustainable Supperclub hosts this pop-up, immersive event, on Friday, April 14 from 7-10 pm at Superblue art gallery to focus on food waste awareness and sustainable seafood with tapas by James Beard award winner Chef Allen Susser and sustainable Prosecco by Valdo Wines, Atian Rose Gin, Topo Chico and Axia Mathiha. The evening will include a live musical performance and take place under Pulse Topology, a responsive installation featuring 3000 light bulbs.

Guests will also be treated to exclusive after-hours access to Superblue, the hip digital art gallery across from the Rubell Museum in Allapattah, which houses a number of immersive works by James Turrell, Es Devlin and more.

In addition, attendees will receive a copy of Chef Allen Susser's cookbook, Green Fig and Lionfish.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit Slow Fish, the International movement to move away from industrial farmed fish and support local harvesters providing good, clean, and fair seafood.
