Located in the Intercontinental Hotel, celebrated Chef Richard Sandoval and Executive Chef, Armando J Febles deliver an authentic Pan-Latin culinary journey at Toro Toro.

From the moment you set foot into the elegantly appointed restaurant, it becomes evident that you're in for an enticingly refined culinary journey. The restaurant’s location sets the stage for a sophisticated and memorable dining experience. While the aroma of mind-blowing scents swirls around your table, whetting your appetite even before the food arrives.

Toro Toro's Miami Spice Dinner Menu is undoubtedly an event not to be missed, and we were fortunate enough to receive an exclusive invitation to the preview. As we eagerly anticipated the specially curated dishes that awaited us, we decided to kick off the evening with one of their signature crafted cocktails. With options ranging from spicy to sweet, there was something for every palate.

Among the delightful concoctions, we had the pleasure of being one of the first to try out their newest addition, El Morado. This gin-based drink was a refreshing surprise that left a lasting impression. The mix of gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup resulted in a perfectly balanced flavor profile. However, what truly set this cocktail apart was the unique butterfly pea flower-infused ice cube, adding an enchanting purple hue to the drink. As the ice cube slowly melted, it transformed the drink before our eyes, making the experience all the more magical.

With Toro Toro's Miami Spice Dinner Menu (priced at $60 every day except Friday and Saturday) promising an array of culinary delights, the El Morado is just the tip of the iceberg. If the cocktail preview is any indication of what's to come, then August at Toro Toro is shaping up to be a month filled with unforgettable experiences for food and beverage enthusiasts alike.

Let's delve into some of our favorite dishes that left us wanting more. Toro Toro’s Miami Spice menu offers a selection of three flavorful starters, but we couldn't resist the Ahi Tuna on Blue Corn Tostada with its ancho-pistachio crusted tuna, yuzu-avocado crema, salmon roe, pickled shallots, and chipotle aioli, topped with green apple, jicama and cilantro slaw. Every bite was a burst of delightful tastes and textures.

For those seeking a vegetarian or vegan option, the Quinoa Solterito proved to be a refreshing choice. Tri-colored quinoa, charred avocado, fava beans, asparagus, charred corn, baby beets, pickled red onions, heirloom tomatoes, and purple potato crisps dance together in harmony with a zesty habanero-citrus vinaigrette.

As we moved on to the main course, the Carne Asada Flat Iron stole the show. Served with fucca espuma, sauteed zucchini, charred corn and baby heirloom tomato surtido, and a pasilla peppercorn sauce. This dish highlighted the succulent flavors of Pan-Latin cuisine.

Another option is the vegetarian option, Wild Mushroom and Squash Enchiladas. Wrapped in blue corn tortillas, these enchiladas were accompanied by a mouthwatering Mexican calabacita stew and drizzled with honey pepper sauce and poblano crema. Blistered baby tomatoes and charred corn added the perfect finishing touch. This dish can also be prepared vegan.

The third main course option was the Grilled Snapper Filet with pickled purple cabbage-pepper salad, mango, yuzu-avocado espuma, charred salsa molcajete and charred poblano pico de gayo served with homemade tortillas.

Finally, the grand finale…desserts. The dessert inclusion in Miami Spice is rapidly becoming a favorite part of the 2 month long promotion.

The Passion Fruit Tres Leche stole our hearts, featuring a fluffy vanilla pound cake soaked in a traditional creamy tres leches mix with a delightful twist of passion fruit flavor. Topped with a soft mascarpone cream, this dessert was a sweet symphony of flavors.

And if you're a fan of Key Lime Pie, you must try the Margarita Key Lime Pie. Encased in a salted pretzel crust, this pie boasts a creamy key lime filling with a splash of refreshing margarita essence, providing a wonderful fusion of two beloved treats.

Whether you're a local or a visitor to Miami, we highly recommend heading to Toro Toro to indulge in their Miami Spice offerings. From the tantalizing El Morado cocktail to the carefully crafted Pan-Latin dishes, this dining experience promises to be an exceptional treat for all the senses. So, gather your friends and loved ones, and embark on a journey of flavors and delights at Toro Toro's Miami Spice Dinner Menu. You won't be disappointed!
