Miracle in Miami Returns to Bring Christmas Cheer to Wynwood and Miami

Grab your Ugly Sweater and Head to Miracle In Miami for some Holiday Spirits.

Miracle In Miami, a Christmas pop-up bar, has made its way back to Miami. From now until December 31st, Christmas lovers can head to the backroom at Wynwood’s Gramps to indulge in signature Christmas themed cocktails, Christmas décor, holiday music, and more.

Miracle In Miami is part of over 100 Christmas pop-up bars around the country, a phenomenon that started with Greg Boehm of Cocktail Kingdom, who turned his New York City bar into a Christmas palace in 2014. Miracle is being brought to Miami by the guys behind DRINK Miami, in partnership with Gramps’ owner Adam Gersten.

It’s a month of full holiday cheer and endless Christmas music. Guests can expect fun surprises like snowfall and late-night complimentary cookies. Bartenders decked out in holiday gear and fun wintery twists on classic cocktails. And lots of festive decorations and a dancing Santa.

The cocktail menu at Miracle In Miami indulges in all of the flavors of the holiday season, from the refreshingly spiced Gingerbread Flip (rye whiskey, gingerbread syrup, tiki bitters, whole egg, and gingersnap cookie crumbs) to the intensely flavored Christmas Carol Barrell (blanco tequila, coffee liquer, coco nib infused orange & cognac liqueur, iced hot chocolate, and Mexican spices). No holiday cocktail menu is complete without its take on the classic eggnog — except at Miracle in Miami it’s served frozen. The Jingle Balls Nog features brown butter and cinnamon fat-washed cognac, sherry, almond milk, cream, sugar, egg, vanilla and nutmeg all frozen and served in a cute Christmas mug. This year’s show stoppers are the Christmapolitan (vodka, elderflower, dry vermouth, spiced cranberry sauce, lime, rosemary and Absinthe Mist) and shots served in misseltoe shot glasses.
