  • 1 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup seeded and chopped pimento pepper

  • ¼ cup grated sharp white cheddar

  • 1 tablespoon kosher sale

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Hot sauce or pimento to taste

 Blend all ingredients and serve.
