After a two-year hiatus, La Mar in the Mandarin Oriental’s epic weekend brunch recently returned. Now available every Saturday and Sunday starting at $135 per person, guests are treated to La Mar’s sizeable dining spread which, among many items, consists of elaborate hot and cold food stations replete with signature ceviches, causas, sushi, and salads, as well as juicy anticuchos, fried whole fish, empanadas and other traditional Peruvian cuisine created with Executive Chef Diego Oka’s signature modern flair. In addition to the sumptuous buffet, the brunch experience includes seafood and grill stations; tableside Chaufa Aeropuerto to share; a choice of main course; and assorted desserts. Brunch also includes two-hour brunch cocktails, select wines, beers and champagne in La Mar’s unparalleled setting overlooking Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. THE DECK at Island Gardens

Miami’s waterfront restaurant, is kicking off 2023 with the exciting return of its Sunday brunch buffet on January 8. Guests can indulge in the restaurant’s revamped brunch experience featuring a variety of indulging stations which include omelets, grilled skewers, seasonal salads, hot dishes, passed pizzas, charcuterie, paella, and more. Seafood lovers can dive into an all-new Chilled from the Sea station with unlimited fresh oysters, shrimp and seasonal options. Those with a sweet tooth can head to the dessert station, which will feature signature house favorites such as the Chocolate Nemesis, Salted Caramel Mille-Feuille and other specialty creations. Brunch cocktails include Mimosas, Bellini’s, Aperol Spritzes, Grapefruit Spritzes, and Red or White Sangria. Pricing starts at $75 per person, which includes one welcome mimosa or Bellini. A $135 per person package includes two hours of brunch cocktails, select wine and beer.

And just in time for Chinese New Year, downtown hotspot Novikov Miami has launched a new bottomless Sunday brunch menu. Reflecting the restaurant's Asian-inspired fare, Novikov Miami's new brunch extravaganza includes a feast of more than thirty of the restaurant's favorite food and beverage selections, served in the restaurant's sleek indoor dining room and airy outdoor terrace overlooking Biscayne Bay.

Guests can choose from two brunch tiers. The first, a $99-per-person "Signature" menu, features unlimited serving of appetizers like Spicy Edamame Cucumber Tataki, Salmon Toro Nigiri and Dim Sum selections. Entree choices of Sweet and Sour Mango Chicken, Robata Grilled Branzino or the eatery’s signature Roasted Peking Duck follow, to pair with all-you-can-drink choices of Nicolas Feuillate Champagne, Bloody Mary, Yuzu mimosa and red and rose wine options.

The second option, a $199-per-person "Premium" feast, encompasses unlimited starters such as Hamachi Carpaccio and Truffle, Brussel Sprouts and Crispy Pork, Chu Toro and Caviar Nigiri, and Wagyu Cantonese Noodles. For a main course, choices include Yuzu Miso Black Cod, Wagyu Ribeye, and Honey Truffle King Crab Leg. The free-flow beverage package’s frontrunner is Laurent Perrier Rosè, but guests can also alternate between wine and specialty cocktails like Oaxacan Sun, Wasabi Martini and Agave Picante. Both brunch tiers end with an indulgent chef's dessert platter.

Launched on New Year’s Day, The Katherine will now be serving brunch Sunday’s from 11:30am - 3:30pm. Join Chef Timon Balloo as he showcases his latest culinary brunch concepts like Thai Red Curry Shrimp and Grits with melting vegetables and herbs; Truffle Beet Toast with soft cheese, toasted pistachio, and truffle honey; Carbonara Mac with crumbled bacon, mozzarella, and egg yolk; Grilled Jerk Chicken Sandwich; All Day Burger; and a Farm Fresh Salad with the option to add chicken, salmon or steak. No brunch is complete without a beverage option. Along with local beers and a natural wine selection that includes skin contact bottles from Europe, brunch cocktails include Morning Mimosas and a Jalapeño Bloody Mary.
