Wild Fork Foods: Gift Boxes for anytime of year

Individual 4 oz packets of pre-sliced salmon were perfect for our morning brunch of chive cream cheese, capers and dill on a fresh bagel. 

I also added a low-carb version topping fresh cucumber slices with chive cream cheese, gravlax and capers.

Different curing processes allowed for a Gin & Tonic, Mojito, and Whiskey and Maple flavor.  A full pound of hickory smoked salmon will be saved for Christmas morning.

Included in the Smoked Salmon selection were two roasted dinner size portions.  The spiced pepper salmon was a favorite, and I served it over a colorful spicy quinoa salad  ( leftover from Taquiza taco kit- NO food waste ).
