It's July...time for BBQ, Bourbon and Beer at The Dutch!

There is nothing better on a summer eve than to chow down on some great BBQ and then wash it down with cold beers or a smoky aged Bourbon. 

For the 3rd year, The Dutch at W South Beach Hotel & Residences will host its wildly popular summer BBQ series, Bourbon, Beer and ‘Cue, with a new backyard venue and guest appearances from Miami’s top culinary talent.

Chef de Cuisine, Conor Hanlon, will team up with a new guest chef every Wednesday night in July at 7:00 p.m. to host a BBQ cookout-style feast in W South Beach’s lush and wooded backyard, Grove.

The month-long series kicks off Wednesday, July 2nd 2014 with Hanlon and Chef Jamie DeRosa of Tongue & Cheek. Followed the next weeks by J&G Grill’s Brad Kilgore, a 2014 Eater Young Guns semi-finalist;  James Seyba, the talented new chef at Broken Shaker and Freehand MiamiLevi Raines, a Sous Chef at The DutchAaron Brooks of EDGE Steak & Bar at Four Seasons Miami and winner of 2013 Cochon 555; and Jeremiah Bullfog of gastroPod, the original mobile gourmet in Miami’s food truck scene.

 “We wanted to take our Bourbon, Beer & ‘Cue series out into the open air this summer, so I invited some friends over to BBQ with me in Grove,  The Dutch’s very own backyard.  We will have everything I love about BBQ’ing; cocktails, music, great food and classic outdoor games.” 

 Tickets to the feasts are $40 per person (includes taxes and gratuity, beverages charged separately upon consumption) and advance purchase is recommended on The Dutch’s page:

 Specials from the bar include $2 PBR Tall Boys$3 Tecates fully dressed with BBQ rub and citrus; $9 Specialty Bourbon Cocktails; and $40 Summer Punch Bowls. All BBQ feasts include seasonal pies and sweets by pastry chef Josh Gripper.

 Bourbon, Beer & ‘Cue will be offered every Wednesday night in July, from 7 p.m  to close,  at Grove at W South Beach.  Space is limited, advanced purchase is recommended. Walk-in guests are welcome.
