Miami Spice Mash-Up #2- Chef Clayton Miller and Chef Todd Erickson!

The countdown to the 13th Annual Miami Spice begins....NOW!  Starting officially on August 1st (although stay tuned to MIAbites for some sneak peak advance Miami Spice tastings), the specially priced dinner menus run through September 30th. 

The Miami Spice Mash-Up series, presented by the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB), pays tribute to the fabulous food scene in Miami and the Beaches, with curated collaborations between some of the area’s most popular chefs.  Already featured last month was the epic mash-up between Chef Jose Mendin of Pubbelly and Chef Bradley Kilgore from J&G Grill.

The next exciting installment of the Mash-up series continues on July 24th at Swine Southern Table & Bar in Coral Gables with chefs Clayton Miller of 50 Eggs and Todd Erickson of HaVen Lounge on Lincoln Rd and HuaHua's Taqueria on Miami Beach. 

On Thursday, July 24, 2014, Clay and Todd will team up to deliver a menu of indulgent southern comfort cuisine . Guests can enjoy a five-course meal serving as a sneak peek of each chef’s enticing Miami Spice menus, with two savory dishes per chef and a dessert crafted by the duo for $65 per person including a complimentary Botran Rum Old Fashioned and Stella Artois (excluding gratuity and additional alcohol purchases). 

Each unique Miami Spice Mash-Up, limited to 40 seats, is an exclusive preview of each chef’s Miami Spice menus as well as an opportunity to interact with them. Food enthusiasts should stay tuned for more exciting announcements as the Miami Spice Restaurant Program kicks-off on August 1st and the Mash-Up dinner series continues in September.
