Thursday June 11- Divino Ceviche Coral Gables, 2nd place winner at "Taste Of The Gables" kickoff for Coral Gables Restaurant Week June 8-28 is hosting a series of Peruvian cuisine and Peruvian craft beer, by Darwin Brewing Company, seasonal dinner pairings featuring Darwin Brewing Company founder, Darwin Santa Maria. Saturday, June 13- from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Cindy Hutson’s restaurant, Ortanique on the Mile, will host an interactive cooking class to celebrate the coming of mango season. This hands-on cooking experience with Hutson will teach guests to create mango infused recipes like Burrata Salad, Banana Leaf Steamed Fish, and Floating Island “Isla Flotantes.”. Saturday June 13 and Sunday June 14.- The Traymore Restaurant and Bar introduces new brunch menu and "Seafood Sunday Supper" courtesy of Chef Jonathan Lane.  Brunch items include crab cake benedict “Sandwich” ; lobster and avocado grilled cheese; seafood cobb salad; Brioche French toast ; The Cuban sandwich ; Smoked Salmon Club  and pan roasted Florida snapper. Sunday Seafood Dinner begins at 6 pm and offers very best in seasonal seafood for the summer, presented on a menu with dishes served family style for $39 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) that also includes a glass of Augsti Cava from Spain. Monday June 15th-  As part of the The Café at Books & Books at the Adrienne Arsht Center Monday dinner series, Chef Allen Susser will team up with Chef Sam Gorenstein of My Ceviche for a unique five-course meal of freshly caught sustainable seafood paired with wine and environmental education. Priced at $60 per person, the collaborative dinner benefits The Monterey Bay Aquarium and will feature catches fished just the day before by Chef Allen and Captain Mike Puller of The Fishing Experience.
