Chef Georges B. has prepared an amazing Mother’s Day brunch menu at Mirabelle’s Bistro, his new French outpost in Downtown Miami. The a la carte menu features French toast with bananas, strawberries, vanilla sauce and Chantilly along with Oeufs en meurette, which includes poached eggs with shallots, bacon, and a red wine sauce on toasted bread, which we highly recommend. In addition, Mirabelle’s has prepared a three-course brunch menu for just $62 per person, which includes salmon Benedict topped with caviar and crème fraiche, grilled filet mignon and broiled lobster tail topped with Bearnaise sauce and accompanied by green beans and tomato salad with truffle vinaigrette. The dessert course is highlighted by Chef Georges B.’s famous pavlova including bourbon vanilla chiboust mousse in a heart shaped delicate pastry with raspberry white chocolate and berry sauce.
