Aguasal by José Andrés Group introduces a new coastal ritual to Miami Beach with the launch of La Fête Apéro Golden Hour, debuting this Thursday, October 23, at Andaz Miami Beach.

Inspired by the relaxed elegance of the South of France, Aguasal’s Golden Hour captures the essence of Apéro culture, where guests unwind as the sun dips low and the evening begins, with complimentary bites, signature cocktails, and La Fête Rosé. The experience will take place Thursdays through Saturdays from 4 to 7 PM, offering a curated menu of specially priced cocktails, wines, and coastal-inspired dishes.

Menu highlights include:

• La Fête du Rosé, Côtes de Provence — dry and vibrant ($8/glass)

• Espresso Martini with vodka, coffee & banana liqueur ($10)

• Daiquiri with rum, lime juice & simple syrup ($10)

• Cardamom & Ginger mocktail with citrus, sakura & ginger beer ($8)

• Kumamoto Oysters with harissa mignonette & Meyer lemon ($26)

• Watermelon Salad Skewers with feta & mint ($9)

• Lamb Lollipops with Marrakesh rub & rosemary jus ($9)

• Octopus Santorini with crispy potato & aioli ($12)
