Hooray for Rosé: Don’t miss La Centrale’s National Rosé Day Celebration
Summer in Miami is here and that means plenty of chilled rosé will be poured. The second Saturday in June is International Rose Day, and La Centrale wants you to embrace the dolce far niente (sweet idleness) spirit of Italy’s coast with a visit to their Rosé Garden popup at the La Centrale Beach Club.
La Centrale is going all out in honor of this special holiday and created a special popup to celebrate. The Rosé Garden at La Centrale Beach Club is La Cenratle’s latest popup, and it promises to live up to the hype. Inspired by the Isle of Capri’s oceanfront, La Centrale’s rosé garden features a specialty menu under the shade of cascading bougainvillea flowers.
The specialty rosé inspired menu features small plates such as jackfruit tacos made with organic Florida jackfruit, flour tortillas, cashew cream, pico de gallo, avocado pesto, and cavolo rosso. Also on the menu are the roasted cauliflower sliders with quinoa, basil, walnuts, red pepper coulis and avocado pesto. The raw bar includes oysters, shellfish, tartare di tonno and salmone e avocado. Guests visiting the rosé garden can also indulge in La Centrale’s signature rosé pink dessert tower, which includes a variety of macarons, petit fours, tarts, cheesecakes and more for just $40 each!
As if that weren’t enough, what rosé garden would be complete without an endless rose fountain, rose cocktails and frozé? For just $25 per person, guests can enjoy free flowing endless rosé from their gilded fountain (yes, way rosé, you read that right!).
For those looking for something a bit stronger, the cocktail menu highlights a refreshing roses & lychee martini with gin, lychee liquor, lime juice, rose petal syrup and preserved rose bud. Sparkling rosé served by the glass or bottle is also available for purchase.
