James Beard Foundation presents Taste America Miami at Ariete
The James Beard Foundation’s Taste America, presented by Capital One, is a nationwide initiative to bring together chefs and diners to support the local restaurants in rebuilding a more sustainable and equitable industry.
One of Miami’s top restaurants and favorite chefs are hosts to one of the special dining events celebrating our local restaurant community.
The dinner at Ariete on Tuesday, January 18th will be an intimate gathering with safety regulations strictly enforced as mandated by the local governance. Chef Michael Beltran of Ariete and Chef Valerie Chang of Itamae / B-Side Sushi will prepare a multi-course menu that reflects their signature styles, and highlights the uniqueness of their restaurants and the Miami community. The dinner will also include beverage pairings for each course as well as a swag bag to take home.
