Dazzle your date this year at L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon with their special Menu de La Saint Valentin. For just $175++ per person, the five-course menu offers signature favorites including Le Foi Gras with Foi gras Royale, parmesan foam and emulsion of Maury “Vielles Vignes” and Le Panais with parsnip espuma and blood orange reduction. Guest will then have the option of their first, second and main courses and will be able to select from dishes such as Le Caviar et Le Crabe Royal with caviar and Alaskan king crab, crustacean jelly and celery vanilla cream. For the second course, guests can choose from dishes such as La Truffe Noire with black truffle, Parisian gnocchi, celeriac, and mimolette tuile. For the main course, we suggest ordering Le Boeuf, which features grilled Wagyu ribcap with peppercorn sauce, winter vegetable medley and black truffle.

Navé, the brainchild of Chefs Michael Beltran (Ariete, Chug’s) and Justin Flit (Proof Miami), is inviting guests to join them for a romantic evening in their intimate dining space. In addition to their a la carte menu, the team has created several specialty dishes just for Valentine’s Day. This includes Spaghetti with cauliflower velouté, uni, and black olive; Surf & Turf with prime filet mignon, poached Maine lobster and potato pave. And a Strawberry and Coconut Semifreddo with polenta tuile, candied kumquats and finger limes for dessert. If that doesn’t sound delicious, then we don’t know what is!

This Valentine’s Day let the team at James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Mina’s American steakhouse prepare an unforgettable meal for you and your Valentine. All entrees are accompanied by a trip of farm-fresh sides including their famous truffle mac and cheese, garlic mashed potato and creamed spinach. The Betsy presents its annual Valentine’s Day Opera Aria Night – featuring Miami Classical Music Festival opera from 8PM-9PM on February 14th in the lounge. Following the “P’opera” performance visiting Jazz Artist Charu Siri will perform with her band from 9PM-midnight. Siri is the first Indian-American Jazz Artist to ever debut new work at Carnegie Hall. (No cover charge). Both LT Steak & Seafood and The Alley are offering Valentine Menus. Executive Chef Danny Ganem presents a special Prix Fixe Blackboard Menu for Valentine’s Day dinner that includes three courses for $85 (choice of one appetizer, main course, side dish, and dessert). Items can be ordered individually in addition to the regular a la carte Dinner menu. Key items include Grilled Hearts of Palm, Smoked Scallops, Bacon Braised Wagyu Tri Tip Steak, Butter Poached Spiny Lobster, Jalapeño Mashed Potatoes and desserts Valrhona Caramelia Chocolate Tart with Cointreau Truffles and Orange Sauce and Lemon Mascarpone Heart with Raspberry Jelly, Berries Compote and Coconut Snow. At The Alley, Dinner Specials include 16oz Bone-in Filet Bisteca Fiorentina with Confit Garlic and Balsamico di Modena ($61); Anolini Pasta with Anjou Pear, Gorgonzola – Robiola, Pine nuts and Fennel Brodo ($22); Grilled Spigarello with Roasted Parsnip and Chestnut Honey ($12); and White Chocolate Tartufo with Raspberry and Strawberry and Toasted Pistachio ($12). For couples in search of a romantic evening, Chef Michael Beltran is preparing an elegant, three-course Valentine’s Day tasting menu priced at $65 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. The meal will begin with an amuse bouche of foie gras stuffed cherries; first course choice of beet salad or scallop crudo; Entrée choice of venison or potato crusted local fish. For a sweet ending, guests can opt for a red wine red velvet cake or crème fraiche panna cotta with strawberry. All guests will be presented with a homemade chocolate cherry truffle. Ariete will offer a condensed a la carte menu.

On February 14th, ladies will enjoy a complimentary glass of Sangria. Those staying for dinner can enjoy Le Chick signature plates including – BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Fried Chicken Bun and the Royale Cheeseburger. Did we mention ladies receive free sangria? Lovers can opt for the Surf and Turf for Two ($165) complete with a 32 oz. Porterhouse and 2 lb. Maine Lobster, Pomme Dauphine, Creamy Spinach, Marinated Grilled Portobellos, and Champagne Beurre Blanc. Or for a more tropical take, guests can enjoy the 5 lb. Carribean Snapper ($150) with Coconut Jasmine Rice, Crispy Plantains with Pineapple Salsa, Tossed Avocado and Cucumber Salad, and Cilantro Chimichurri. Reservations are encouraged.

Spend a romantic evening for two dining at the famed Italian eatery, Il Mulino New York. Mastro’s will offer a limited chocolate flavor of their famous butter cake for the entire month of February. Couples, singles, families and anyone celebrating love can indulge in a decadent chocolate devils food butter cake baked with cocoa and cream cheese and topped with chocolate ice cream and drizzled with raspberry sauce and white chocolate ganache. We highly recommend it!

DUNE at Auberge is offering options for Valentine’s Day for everyone from adoring couples to the singles. Enjoy a slate of delicious specials on their oceanside terrace this Valentine’s Day. Diners can partake of the specially created “Stupid Cupid” menu – for singles and Galentines; while couples can enjoy “Love at First Bite” menu with indulgent dishes created for two. “Stupid Cupid” offerings include $2 oyster special; all you can eat PEI mussels priced at $22 per person; and Black Bass with umami and back trumpet mushrooms ($34). Treat yourself to Red Velvet Profiterole for dessert – a perfect blend of raspberry, red velvet ice cream and hot chocolate. Couples can partake in “Love at First Bite” featuring several decadent dishes for two – 36oz dry aged porterhouse with Perigord truffle jus ($85); Whole Maine Lobster for two ($65) or the ultimate expression of culinary love – Surf & Turf ($145). For dessert, guests will enjoy chocolate cake with pistachio ganache and strawberries. Chef Pablo Salas and Chef Jorge Gutierrez bring Mexico’s soulful cuisine to Lona with a delicious Valentine’s Day menu devoted to love. For just $55 per person (plus tax and gratuity), guests will fall in love with the 4-course tasting menu. Courses include a Lobster Tostada; Grilled Caesar Salad with grilled romaine lettuce, chipotle Caesar dressing and pepitas; and a choice of Mole – choose from a salmon filet, roasted chicken breast or filet and petalos (rose petal base), mole negro (chocolate base) or seasonal fruit mole (dried seasonal fruits). Dessert will be a Valentine’s Day surprise!

As if it couldn’t get any better, this masterpiece is topped with red velvet cake crumbles and drizzled with white chocolate.
