Join world-renowned chef, restaurateur and TV host Tom Colicchio and Indulge Miami editor Evan Benn, Ambassador for the Evening, at Slow Food Miami’s “Snail of Approval” Tasting Party. Regarded as Miami’s “Freshest Night Out”, the 5th annual celebration will be held on Friday, April 29, from 7PM – 10PM at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach.
This year, the unforgettable evening under the stars is possible thanks to a partnership with Beachcraft Restaurant and sponsorship by GREY GOOSE Vodka. The tasting party will unite over 30 of the city’s top chefs, and local growers and producers for a night of tasting and honoring Miami’s food scene.
The soirée will be perfectly situated at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach with breathtaking views of the Atlantic.
The first 50 tickets sold are priced at $85. After that, tickets will be $95 per person. Tickets at the door will cost $125. VIP Lounge tickets for 50 guests ($225) allow early entry (6:45 PM) and include a meet-and-greet with Chef Tom Colicchio with exclusive bites and GREY GOOSE cocktails and access to the VIP lounge throughout the evening.
All tickets can be purchased at SFMfreshestnightout.bpt.me. with all event proceeds benefiting Slow Food Miami’s Edible Garden Program.
“The 1 Hotels brand has a simple cause: The world around us is beautiful and we want to keep it that way,” said Milton Sgarbi, Managing Director of 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach. “A commitment to minimizing its footprint and supporting organizations that share its values – sustainability, the environment, and local communities – makes 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach a natural partner to host Slow Food Miami’s 5th Annual “Snail of Approval” Tasting Party.
Guests will savor bites from South Florida’s farm-to-table best, including a mix of current 2015-2016 Snail of Approval honorees and past Snail of Approval winners, and cool off with compelling cocktails by GREY GOOSE Vodka, specialty wines provided by Vinecraft and craft beer from Miami Brewing Co. and Titanic Brewery, amongst other local breweries.
