Sustainable Supper Club X Rosemary's on October 9th
Since 2017, Sustainable Supperclub has been hosting environmentally conscious private dinner events featuring top chefs to bring attention to food waste, healthy eating and local ingredients and urban farming.
Beneficiaries of past events have included Food Rescue South Florida, Slow Fish, Hungry Harvest, and others.
On October 9th from 6:30-9;30, Sustainable Supper Club invites you to experience an evening of fall flavors set in the midst of a culinary landscape at Rosemary's Miami. The newly opened restaurant in Wynwood features seasonal Italian dishes, and fresh seafood, all inspired by the sun-drenched Mediterranean and crafted with locally sourced ingredients from their patio garden.
The event will feature a cocktail hour including a tour of the harvest garden, a 3-course dinner highlighting seasonal offerings, wine pairing courtesy of Valdo Wines, and craft beer courtesy of The Tank Brewing Co.
To wind down the night, guests will each receive a reusable take home tote bag featuring a variety of sustainable goodies courtesy of Neighborhood Farms USA, the Miami Book Fair, Rosemary's Miami, Topo Chico, the Freedom Tower, and more.*
A portion of the proceeds will benefit Neighborhood Farms USA.

About Sustainable Supper Club:
In 2017, Mayela Lanza and Jennifer Weinberg had an intense discussion regarding the challenge presented by food waste, and both women were inspired to take action. They wanted to bring awareness regarding food waste and sustainability to a Miami audience, in a way that wouldn’t be overwhelming but would rather inspire people to make a few easy changes which in the long run would make a big difference to the earth. Mayela and Jennifer also wanted to take the idea one step further by giving back to the community as a result of their efforts.
